These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and badpkr ("badpkr", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the badpkr online gaming platform accessible at https://badpkr.net ("the Platform"), including all associated services, games, promotions, and content offered thereon.

By accessing the Platform, creating a Player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Important Notice: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. badpkr reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the badpkr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
badpkr reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to at the point of registration, first withdrawal, or following any account security review. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani passport, or a valid national identity document issued by a recognised governmental authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by badpkr may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending satisfactory verification.
⚠️ Under-Age Gaming: If badpkr determines or reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited by an under-age Player shall be returned via the original deposit method after deduction of any amounts wagered. badpkr will not be liable for any losses incurred by an under-age Player prior to detection and suspension of the account.
To participate in any real-money gaming activity on the badpkr Platform, you are required to register a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on the badpkr Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances held across all associated accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain and update such information promptly whenever it changes. Registration information must include your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid and active Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes or one-time passwords (OTPs) issued in connection with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. badpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify badpkr's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
badpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification, address verification, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed, during periodic account reviews, or following any transaction that triggers a review threshold. badpkr reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification without liability to the Player for any resulting delays.
Pakistan CNIC Verification: For Pakistani Players, a copy of your valid CNIC (front and back) is the primary identity document accepted for KYC verification. Expired CNICs will not be accepted. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly following registration to avoid delays at the time of their first withdrawal.
All financial transactions on the badpkr Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). badpkr supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast instant payment. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change and may vary depending on your location and account verification status.
Deposits are credited to your badpkr account balance upon confirmation of receipt by badpkr's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. badpkr does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply its own transaction fees, for which badpkr accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must be made from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered Player will be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing timeframes. badpkr reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit method is registered in your name before processing any associated withdrawal.
Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Any remaining balance exceeding the original deposit amount may be withdrawn via your verified payment method of choice.
badpkr targets withdrawal processing within the following timeframes, subject to verification status and payment method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 10 minutes for verified accounts; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers — within 1 to 3 banking business days; Raast transfers — within 10 minutes for verified accounts. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume, during public holidays in Pakistan, or as a result of additional verification requirements.
badpkr reserves the right to apply a maximum single withdrawal limit and a maximum daily withdrawal limit. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard. Players wishing to request a withdrawal in excess of the standard daily limit may contact badpkr's support team to discuss arrangements, subject to enhanced KYC review.
Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a genuine deposit made to your badpkr account via your payment provider will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. badpkr reserves the right to suspend your account, withhold all balances, and pursue recovery of any amounts fraudulently charged back through all available legal mechanisms.
badpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual bonus or promotion at the time of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that bonus.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus balance will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
badpkr employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting patterns specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple outcomes); using the services of bonus-hunting groups or syndicates; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. badpkr reserves the right to void bonuses, void winnings derived from bonuses, and permanently suspend accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Promotions may be restricted to specific Player segments, specific payment methods, specific game categories, or specific deposit thresholds. badpkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification.
Welcome Bonus Note: The badpkr Welcome Casino Bonus is available to new Players who make their first qualifying deposit via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address. All betting and gaming activity on the badpkr Platform is governed by these Terms and by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, as published within the Platform. In the event of any technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting event, badpkr's decision on the validity of the affected transaction shall be final, subject to review by badpkr's management in cases of material dispute.
Sports betting markets, including all PSL and international cricket markets, are offered subject to market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number issued, the odds are fixed for that bet unless the specific market rules state otherwise (e.g., in-play markets where the bet is placed at the prevailing live odds). badpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered or settled in error.
All casino and live dealer games are provided by third-party game studios whose independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems govern game outcomes. badpkr does not control or influence individual game outcomes. Results generated by RNG-certified systems are final. In the event of a software malfunction that causes a game to be interrupted mid-round, the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's account balance, unless the game provider's malfunction policy specifies an alternative resolution.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform and are displayed within each game or market interface. badpkr reserves the right to apply individual Player stake limits at its discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the badpkr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or materials from the Platform without badpkr's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badpkr, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or the cost of procuring substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether badpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
badpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your badpkr account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit badpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Platform Availability: badpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond badpkr's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. badpkr will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
badpkr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of a Player account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their badpkr account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Please note that voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion; if you are closing your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, we strongly encourage you to request self-exclusion under Section 8 above rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional protections.
badpkr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, badpkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your account.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which badpkr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

badpkr is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies that may be imposed on any winnings by the applicable laws of the Player's jurisdiction of residence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine and fulfil any applicable tax obligations.
